How To Order

Please follow these simple steps to ensure a smooth and fast transaction.

1. Please read our house rules.

2. Browse through our shop and select the item that you like.

*For items under reservation, we will put you on the waiting list. If the previous person fails to make payment, item will be released.

3. Send order to;

*Please use the item's name/code as the subject.

**Don't forget your details such as name, address and contact number.

4. Kindly wait for our reply. If we fail to reply within 24 hours, do send in your order form again and do let us know so we can fix the problem.

5. Payment can be made via Maybank2U or CIMBclick.

*Please make payment within 48 hours. Item will be released to the next person in the waiting list without prior notice if we do not hear from you after 48 hours of receiving the price quotation.

**If more time is required, do inquire within.

6. Once payment is made, kindly send us the reference number.

7. Deliveries will be made on every Tuesday and Saturday.

8. Wait for your item to arrive and once it does, don't forget to let us know! Also, we'd love to hear feedbacks. :)
